Our once small 19 room hotel has been a fixture in Downtown Newburyport for over 75 years. Nestled on a tree-lined street in the heart of historic downtown Newburyport. In the past 15 years we have expanded to a now 37 Room Inn, spanned out across three separate buildings within a stone throw of each other. Our unique property also includes : a Fitness center and Conference Room facility. Everything you need to feel at home across the country and around the world. Now featuring upgraded amenities we still put the comforts of home to our guests whether visiting for business or pleasure first.
