The Essex Street Inn 3 Steps to Delight a Guest:

If a guest is unsatisfied with his or her accommodations for any reason and contact the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in, we guarantee that we take the following three steps to satisfy that guest:

1. If humanly possible, we will fix the problem immediately.
This applies to:

a. Cleanliness
b. Temperature
c. Missing, broken, or non-working item

2. If the problem cannot be fixed immediately by one of our employees, we will immediately offer to move the guest to another room, provided other rooms are available for the duration of that guest’s stay with us.

3. If the issue cannot be resolved with either of the above, we will reduce the guests room rate by 50%.
